  • Inventory management: Analysis of turnover rates and KPIs
  • Operational review: Provide a gap analysis on supply chain best practices using a proprietary operational checklist;
  • Organization structures: recommendations on reporting structure for effective deployment of resources
  • Policies: drafting procurement policies and policy guide with or without social procurement values, complete with full suite of bid and contract templates:
  • Social procurement: develop strategies and implementation of integrated framework;
  • Spend analysis: Identify areas for leveraging the spend and / or consolidation of suppliers, including projected cost savings over 3-year period;
  • Staffing skills: assess staff competencies and provide a means to develop staffing skills including training programs;
